Return Policy

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately so we can promptly resolve it for you.  Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 days of delivery by calling (417) 581-1069.

IronworkerGear accepts returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued for the full amount of the merchandise only. It typically takes your bank 3-5 business days to process the refund back to your payment method once the refund is initiated on our end.

Merchandise must be returned in unused, new condition in the original, undamaged packaging. Boots that are returned without the original shoebox, or if the shoebox is taped (including the shipping label), will have a 10% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount.

Except in cases where the return is the result of a shipping error or the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event of an exchange, reshipping fees equal to the original shipping charges will be required.

Refunds for online orders will go back to the original payment method.

IronworkerGear is not responsible for return shipping costs unless it was an error made on our end.

Please include the following with your return or exchange:

  • Packing slip or order number
  • Reason for the return, or if an exchange is needed, the item or size you are wanting to exchange for

Boot Returns

Boots must be in new, never worn condition.

Please do not tape or write on shoe boxes. Wrap the box in paper or plastic before affixing the return shipping label.

Boots returned in a shoe box which is not the original or has been taped or written on will be assessed a 10% restocking fee.

Special Orders and Custom Items

Special Orders will now require a 50% down payment.

Custom made products cannot be returned.

IronworkerGear reserves the right to request valid identification prior to accepting merchandise for a return. IronworkerGear reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason. IronworkerGear will only accept the return of merchandise purchased from IronworkerGear. Purchases made with a Customer Agreement must be returned to the same location in which it was purchased.

**We reserve the right to cancel or refund any orders due to discrepancies, stock, price, shipping errors, etc.**

*Big Bill Seconds flame-resistant clothing cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.*
