US & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

IronworkerGear offers free standard shipping on orders over $99 for the lower 48 US states.

If you are shipping tools to a jobsite, please select UPS at checkout and let us know as soon as possible. USPS cannot deliver to an address without a mailbox.

 

EXPRESS SHIPPING: Overnight, 2-Day, and 3-Day shipping is available for an additional charge. Please allow 1-2 business days for express orders to be processed and shipped. If we are unable to process the order in this time frame, we will be in touch with you via phone or email. 

UPS and DHL do not pick up on the weekends. Any overnight orders placed Friday-Sunday will not arrive until Tuesday. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: IronworkerGear can ship to most locations via DHL, USPS, or UPS i-Parcel. DHL and USPS do not calculate duties and taxes charged at the border in the shipping prices. The price listed is for shipping expenses only. You are responsible for any additional taxes or fees assessed.

UPS i-Parcel to Canada typically delivers orders within 3-6 weeks.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES: We process orders for shipping no later than 1:00 pm CST Monday thru Friday and Saturday until 10:00 am CST. If an order is placed after these cutoff times, it will be placed in processing for the next business day. Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped regardless of shipping method.

Some of our items may ship directly from the manufacturer and may need an additional 2-5 business days for processing. We will email you if any part of your order will ship from the manufacturer.

 

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES: UPS and USPS DO NOT count the 'pick up day' as a business day. For example, if you chose 2-day shipping and it was shipped Monday, your package will not arrive until Thursday. We process orders within 24-72 hours after they are placed, so you most likely will not receive your order two days after you placed it. You will receive your package two days after it shipped, pending any delays with the shipping service.

Once a package leaves our possession, we are not responsible for transit times of the carrier. 

It is our policy to ship all items together unless a product is on backorder. We have the option to wait to ship the order altogether or in separate packing from different warehouses. This may cause delivery dates to be changed. 

 

IronworkerGear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are unable to refund, resend, or compensate for items that have been lost, stolen, or misplaced once they leave our facilities unless shipping protection is purchased at checkout.
