SHIPPING POLICY

We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $99. We do offer overnight, 2-day and 3-day shipping at an additional charge. 
** If you are having your tools shipped to a job site... please let us know ASAP. These would need to be shipped UPS or FedEx.** 
  • Please allow 24-72 hours for your order to be processed and shipped.
  • We process orders for shipping no later than 1:00 pm CST Mon.-Fri. and Sat. until 11:00 am CST.
  •  It is our policy to ship all items together unless a product is on back order. We do have the option to wait to ship the order all together or in separate packing from different warehouses. This may cause delivery dates to be different.
  • We do keep all items in stock on site or in our warehouses, so we do our best to keep orders from being placed on a back order status.
  • The order demand or quantity demand can affect the product availability.
  • If part of an order is on back order, we contact our customer either via email or phone call as soon as possible and at this time the option to wait or cancel is available. 
There may be several factors for an order not arriving quite on expected time:

Backorders

  • A product may suddenly run out of stock due to an unforeseen popularity or demand for it.
  • Handmade products (HardhatGear leather goods, Rodbuster Chaps, etc.) may take longer to get in stock due to the fact that they are high quality manufactured with little to no machinery.
  • The manufacturer may be out of stock on the item, once again, depending on the demand of the product

Timing of Order

  • If the order was placed too late in the day to ship out (approx. 1:00 pm Central Standard Time) either that day or within 24-72 hours, it will be placed in processing the following business day.
  • If the order was placed after 1:00 pm Monday - Friday, the order, if shipped UPS  or FedEx will not be shipped until the next business day. *This also includes any major government holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, 4th of July, etc.)
  • Please keep in mind that FedEx and UPS DO NOT pick up on the weekends.
  • FedEx, UPS and USPS DO NOT count 'pick up day' as a business day. For Example, if you chose 2-day shipping and it was shipped Monday, your package will not arrive until Thursday. But please remember, we process orders within 24-72 hours after they are placed, so you most likely will not receive your order 2 days after you placed it. You will will receive it 2 days after if shipped as long as there are no delays with the shipping service. 
  • Please be aware we ship most orders in 24-72 hours. We do try to get expedited shipping out same day but depending on the item, it may ship out the next business day. 
  • If you are not sure, please give us a call and we can give you a better estimate of ship times and if the product is in stock or shipping from the warehouse.

Normally we ship out your order by the following business shipping day, but we felt it was necessary to let you know the reason for any circumstance that is out of our control or is simply, not possible. We also feel that as a valued customer, your need to know.
