Thank you for choosing Ironworkergear as your source for your tools of the trade. Without our customers, our business would not be possible, so we thank you for your continued support.
Just a few things before you press submit...
For payment approval, your billing address MUST match the credit card's on file with your bank and the correct CVV.
Please Note: Due to the increasing volume of dishonest people and scammers, your order will be cancelled and refunded if it is flagged fraudulent by our payment system.
Processing, Transit Time, and Address Info
We process orders within 2-3 business days, but depending on stock and availability, some orders may need longer to ship. Order cutoff time is 1 pm CST, Monday-Friday and 10 am on Saturday. For any orders placed after 1 pm, they will be processed the next business day.
Please verify your address and information before you submit your order. We will not be responsible if your package is delivered incorrectly because of a mistake on your part.
If you live in an apartment, please put your apt number. For example, Apt 1A or #1A. Do not put just 1 below your address line, because the mail man has no idea what that means, and your package will either become lost, returned to sender, or end up as free gift to the person next door. Verify your address! If you do not get USPS (bills and junk mail) at your address, please do not select it as a shipping option.
If you are working out of town... Make sure you add the hotel name and room number on the address. Also, make sure they receive USPS to their physical address and not their PO Box. If you are not sure, please call and ask us. We will guide you the best we can.
Express Orders
We are not magicians, but wouldn't it be cool if we were? Since we are not, unfortunately, orders are not shipped immediately when they are placed, but we try really hard. Please read below.
USPS Priority mail is NOT express shipping. If you need your items quickly, please select FedEx Express or UPS Express for overnight or 2 day shipping. These are the ONLY express options we offer with 1-2 business to process. Priority mail is 2-3 day shipping AFTER it ships, but remember, we still need time to process the order which is around 2-3 business days.
Express orders require a processing time of 1-2 business days to process and ship depending on when the order was placed. Once the package ships, shipping times starts the next business day.
When your package leaves our possession, regardless of shipping speed, we are not responsible for carrier transit times due to customs clearance, weather, natural disasters, gov shutdowns, employee call-ins, lightning strikes that fry electrical systems, employee strikes, vehicle breakdowns, riots, Zombie Apocolypse, Armageddon, and now Coronavirus.
Please keep in mind that FedEx Express, UPS and DHL Do Not pick up or deliver on the weekends. If you place an order for overnight shipping on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, your package will not arrive until Tuesday.
Some items ship from our manufacturers and need an additional 24 hrs to process and ship for expedited orders.
International Orders
Please refer to our US and International page for more shipping information.
i-Parcel transit times are 6-11 business days, but we have seen packages take up to two weeks. If you do not need it in a hurry and want to save money on international shipping, this is the best price overall.
All international orders are subject to additional fees and taxes charged at the border. Ironworkergear is not responsible for these additional expenses.
Returns
Returns are gladly accepted as long as the product is new and never worn. We will refund you for the full price of the merchandise minus paid shipping expenses. The customer is responsible for shipping cost back to us unless it is our mistake. For example, please try on your pants before you remove all the tags and wash them. Chances are, if they are snug before you wash them, they definitely will not fit after being washed and dried. Remember, all clothing companies size their clothes differently.
If you require a different size, the customer is responsible for any shipping cost to and from Ironworkergear.
Boot Purchases
We recommend that you try on your boots inside your home, and wear them around inside to make sure they are the correct size and are comfortable. Once you wear them outside and to work, we are unable to accept them back, and they are yours forever unless there is a manufacture defect. You can always sell them to someone on the job. Boots are always needed.
**If you have a warranty issue with your boots, we follow the manufacturer's warranty policy for each brand. Please contact us, and we will assist in this process. Warranty claims have a turn around time of 3-4 weeks.**
Ironworkergear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are unable to refund, resend, or compensate for items that have been lost, stolen, or misplaced once they leave our facilities. If you live in an apartment, please consider contacting the shipping carrier (FedEx, UPS) after the item has shipped to coordinate picking up your items at their facilities or have them delivered to an access points). Please contact us at (417) 581-1069 if you'd like to purchase shipping insurance for your order.
