Shipping policy

We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $99. We do offer overnight, 2-day and 3-day shipping at an additional charge.

Please allow 24-72 hours for your order to be processed and shipped.
We process orders for shipping no later than 1:00 pm CST Mon-Fri and Sat until 11:00 am CST.

**International orders are subject to additional taxes and duties to be collected at the border. Ironworkergear is not responsible for these fees. **

** If you are having your tools shipped to a job site, please let us know ASAP. These would need to be shipped UPS or FedEx. **

Timing of Order

• If the order was placed too late in the day to ship out (approx. 1:00 pm Central Standard Time) either that day or within 24-72 hours, it will be placed in processing the following business day.

• If the order was placed after 1:00 pm Monday - Friday, the order, if shipped UPS or FedEx will not be shipped until the next business day. *This also includes any major government holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, 4th of July, etc.)

• Please keep in mind that FedEx and UPS DO NOT pick up on the weekends. If you order overnight on Friday, most likely your package will not arrive until Tuesday.

• FedEx, UPS, and USPS DO NOT count 'pick up day' as a business day. For Example, if you chose 2-day shipping and it was shipped Monday, your package will not arrive until Thursday. But please remember, we process orders within 24-72 hours after they are placed, so you most likely will not receive your order two days after you placed it. You will receive your package two days after it shipped as long as there are no delays with the shipping service.

• Please be aware we ship most orders in 24-72 hours. We do try to get expedited shipping out same day but depending on the item; it may ship out the next business day.

• If you are not sure, please give us a call, and we can give you a better estimate of ship times and if the product is in stock or shipping from the warehouse.

• We keep many boots in stock at our store, but due to the variety that we offer online, some boot orders will ship from the manufacturer. Our stock changes daily and sometimes do not reflect what is available on our website. If you are purchasing a boot that is in high demand, please call us and verify that we have it in stock before purchasing. 417-581-1069

It is our policy to ship all items together unless a product is on back order. We have the option to wait to ship the order all together or in separate packing from different warehouses. This may cause delivery dates to be different.
